As the Office Manager for Best Dental Spa, my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one! I have over 10 years of dental experience and over 15 years of customer service experience. I have also had the opportunity to serve our patients as a Treatment Coordinator / Billing and insurance specialist for 5 years. My goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy cooking and reading novels.
Naimee
Dental Receptionist
Naimee is foreign trained dentist, currently interviewing for admission into dental school. She has over 5 years of experience working as a dentist in india. She is currently working as a dental receptionist. She loves social media, so she manages our instagram and facebook page.
Brenda
Assistant Manager
Brenda is the friendly face at the front desk. She strives to make sure patients have the best experience possible, while supporting our team. I am dedicated to helping my patients with every step of their dental visit from making patients feel comfortable, scheduling their appointments, to processing insurance claims.She is committed and dedicated to help patients change the way they feel about their smiles. She has worked in the dental field since 2017, and has been with us at Best Dental Spa for over two years.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy nature and lots of adventure outdoors.
Rosie
Dental Assistant
Rosie is a dental assistant (as we like to say doctor’s right hand). She has been an assistant for over 10 years. She graduated from University of Illinois for Dental Assistant with coronal polishing, sealants and anesthesia sedation and nitrous oxide monitoring at Illinois state Dental society. She is committed to her patients to better serve them fearless, relaxing and pain free visits.
When she is not working she is always with her family and her three kids. She is a big fan of soccer and baseball. She loves going on vacation in Florida or Mexico, anywhere it is worm.
Vanita
Dental Assistant
Vanita is foreign dentist, currently working at Best Dental Spa and preparing for her entrance exam for future dentistry. She has over 7 years of experience in Dental field as dentist in India and as dental assistant in US. She is committed to making patients experience a positive one. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys watching tv and reading novels.
